If our meal is as great as the
view from the new American restaurant, we are in for a real
treat! Our meal for the evening will be Pasta Jambalaya with
penne pasta, shrimp, chourico and chicken in a Cajun cream
sauce. It’s their most popular dish, and if we can take our eyes
off the view, the Chef will demonstrate the dish for us
